Charles Gray, PA-C, brings a deep commitment to serving active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families.

Charles's journey in healthcare began before he became a physician assistant in 2001. Starting on the East Coast, he provided essential care to VA patients, including teaching World War II veterans how to use glucometers to manage diabetes. After relocating to Colorado, Charles served at Evans Army Hospital, working in both the Emergency Department and the Warrior Clinic within family medicine. Today, he continues his dedication to veterans by conducting disability medical exams, helping them secure the benefits they’ve earned.

Known for his compassionate approach, Charles treats every patient with the same attention and respect he would give a family member. His belief in individualized, evidence-based care ensures each patient's unique needs are addressed with the highest level of dedication.

Beyond his professional life, Charles volunteers at the National WWII Aviation Museum in Colorado Springs, where he demonstrates the WWII-era LINK Trainer, showing visitors how pilots learned instrument flying.

An adventurer at heart, Charles also spends time as a tall ship sailor on Delaware’s Kalmar Nyckel Tall Ship. Born in Rochester, NY, and raised in Delaware, Charles earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Delaware in 1994. He then attended Butler University in Indianapolis, where he completed his B.S. in Health Sciences and physician assistant training. Since 2008, Colorado has been his home, where he continues his lifelong dedication to compassionate healthcare.
