I grew up in Minnesota and my parents are immigrants from Guatemala and Vietnam. I’ve been fortunate to train and practice in Minneapolis, Washington, and San Antonio.

As a military spouse, I’m especially passionate about supporting the veteran and military community. I aim to empower and collaborate with my patients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, watercolor painting, cooking with friends, and practicing yoga.
