Our clinic at 3210 N. Academy Blvd. is Flagship Health’s main clinic in the Colorado Springs market and will open in December of 2023! Flagship Health Colorado Springs offers advanced primary care services through in-person and virtual options, in addition to a community and wellness space for seniors, veterans, and supporters of the military community at American Legion Post 209. The community and wellness space is open to Flagship Health members, regardless of whether or not you have an appointment. Come by and enjoy a cup of coffee, play cards or a board game, and catch up with friends. We also offer a wide array of events at this location, which can be found on our calendar.
