Our clinic at 7616 Culebra Rd. is Flagship Health’s main clinic and offers advanced primary care services, in addition to a community and wellness space for seniors, veterans, and supporters of the military community. The community and wellness space is open to Flagship Health members, regardless of whether or not you have an appointment.
